Bug Description
1. On the Web page for this bug report, click on this URL: <data:text/
What should happen: You go to an empty page containing only the word "Hello".
What actually happens: Nothing, because Launchpad didn't present the URL as a link.
It may save time to fix bug 179868 at the same time as this bug.
