Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

This is a regression from KDE3 and has a big impact to my workflow as I normally have enough windows open that I can't tell what each one is without either the tooltip or actually clicking on it and bringing up the window.

kdebase-workspace (4:4.1.2-0ubuntu2) intrepid; urgency=low

  * Add kubuntu_20_plasma_tooltips.diff from Jonathan Thomas, taken from trunk, adds tooltips to plasma
  * Update kubuntu_17_kwin_branch.diff, fixes redrawing problems
