Bug Description
RELEASE: Intrepid
CD/DVD VARIANT: 64bit Kubuntu Alternate cd
ISO BUILD: 20080929
SYMPTOMS: On kde3 apps like K3B and Amarok if you click help->x Hanbook.... it tries to open Khelpcentre and fails. This does not happen with kde4 native apps.
CAUSE: No KHelpCentre for kde3
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1/ install Kubuntu.
2/ Run any kde3 app.
3/ Click on Help.
4/ Click on the handbook for the app.
5/ Read the error message.
