Bug Description

i'd like to ask new feature
when autohide on.. and panel is hidden
and some window is changed... the panel should show up and show notification for that window

I think "changed window" is a window that change status, title, request attention, etc..
like a pidgin chat window.. every new message, the window "request attention"

In that case, this has already been implemented. AIUI, when the dock is set to autohide and a window is requesting attention, every 60 seconds, the dock will unhide for 4 seconds, until the window stops requesting attention.
