Bug Description

dendrobates reported that txt2man is not creating manpages as Debian wants them. He suggests we drop the conversion from .txt to .man at buildtime and just fix the manpages manually.

txt2man crates an improper header and footer.

The header contains the date where the section should and the date is missing from the footer.

updating to txt2man-1.5.5-1.1 fixes the issue.
