Bug Description

Binary package hint: tsclient

Using: tsclient 0.150 on Ubuntu 8.04 (2.6.24-19-generic) on HP nc6320 with External USB KeyTronic Keyboard attached.

When I use the tsclient to connect with a windows server, my arrow keys, home/end/del/pgup/pgdwn and 10-key keypad don't work inside the remote session. I also have no CTRL+C/CTRL+V clipboard functionality.

In the meantime, I've been using Remotedesktop Client 0.23 as it works better.

Thanks!

I have exactly the same issue with 8.10. I'm connecting to a Vista machine and have my keyboard mapped to 'us' (keyboard is always 'us', language is 'nl_NL' in Ubuntu and Vista.

gnome-RDP worked for me as well. I found that I should use 'en-us' as keyboard mapping, not just 'us'.

I originally had the same problem (running Ubuntu 10.04 host, with Windows XP Pro Guest).

This was solved by clicking on the "Local Resources" tab and changing the Keyboard language from "en" -> "en-us". "en" is the default. It may be beneficial to change the default for this package to "en-us" is if the problem persists.
