Bug Description

Only on Vista and only the first time Elisa is run, you are unable to add a directory because when you select "Add directories", it displays the message "no <media> files found".

Steps to reproduce:

1) On Windows Vista, install Elisa and at the end of the installation launch it from the installer (by default the corresponding check box is ticked).
2) Go to Music->Music Library->Folders->Add folders->Home

Expected result: "home directory" displayed.
Current result: Messages display "no audio files found.".

This is only reproducible on a clean Windows Vista. XP is not affected.

Perhaps it's because, the first time, after installation, Elisa is executed by the installer in Admin mode.
