filenames should be lowercased in the silva documentation

Bug Description
There are uppercase characters in ids of (at least) images in the Silva Documentation. This results in ugly urls, but more problematically breaks the installation of the documentation on silva installations that prohibit uppercase characters in ids.
We should go through the entire documentation, and lowercase all ids of objects and fix the references to them.
