Bug Description
I just proposed lp:~spiv/pyunit3k/hacking-file for merging into lp:pyunit3k. Now lp:pyunit3k has the same Last Modified as my branch ("30 seconds ago").
This doesn't make sense: nothing about lp:pyunit3k has changed.
