Bug Description
When exporting in item or items to an html file Expander headers are not included. Would be good to have them included as they make a big part of document.

Fixed this in git version, will be in next release..
Using css trick you can now even show/hide the content of the expander in the html output. (this is done in the index-item.template in git).
