Nautilus Trash on windows does not work

Bug Description
After upgrading from Gutst to Heron moving items to the trash on the windows (vfat) partitions does not work.
It is a regression from the previous ubuntu version. Trash does work on the ext2/3 partitions.
After selecting items on the vfat partition to move to trash nautilus reported that it cannot be moved to trash and
asks to delete it permamently.
From /etc/fstab configuration about one vfat partition
# /dev/sda1 -- converted during upgrade to edgy
UUID=AC26-7F51 /mnt/win_c vfat gid=100,
