[win32] weird *default* directory in XP

Bug Description
On windows XP I don't have a 'my Videos' default directory so in my 'Video->Folders' shows up a very weired *default* named directory that is empty.

Fixed using dedicated win32 api to get media directories and use fallback folder 'My Documents' if exists.
