Bug Description
introduced with changset [5216] the detection of hildon over dbus on hardy does not work. it tracebacks and since this changeset it is assumed that hildon is not there.
That is not necessarily true, it is simply a permissions issue.

I assume this prevents Elisa from running at all therefore raising priority.
