Bug Description
Menu items can be un-selectable, but still visible. They can't be activated, when the "cursor" encounter such an item, it goes to the next selectable item.

The widget work have been done adding a new signal called 'state-changed'. It remains setting the item enabled/disabled state "on the fly". Most of the work had been done.
