Clock Applet Freezes All Gnome Panels

Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-applets
When I left click on the Clock Applet on the Gnome Panel all of the gnome panels freeze and don't respond

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add the Clock Applet by left clicking on one of the gnome panels and selecting "Add to Panel"
2. Add the Clock Applet from the list that comes up
3. Left Click on the Clock Applet which is on the Gnome Panel
