Bug Description

Gnome-VFS did not change the "modified date" meta data field for copied files.
Gfvs does, though. As copying files is no modification, this should not happen.

Keeping the original modified date is especially important when copying files from an external source, like a digital camera's memory card, or a usb stick.

Steps to reproduce:
Copy a file and paste it somewhere else. The modified date of those two files will not be the same. The new file will have the current date and time as its modified date.
