Bug Description
I cannot install or upgrade any Ubuntu 8.04 software. I go to Update Manager and I click on check and it says "Download file 6 of 26" and then it stops and says it can't fetch the files. This is a huge security vulnerability. Are the Ubuntu servers down? I cannot get all the package information. Please help. My network connection is perfectly fine and Firefox works very fast and good. Please help me.
