Bug Description

After login I added a new email address, and verified it from the emailed instructions.

Now I want to use the new email address as the primary and the dialogs do not provide
a way to do this. The old email is a cable network address and can be discarded at any
time that I switch to a new Internet provider!

Hi there,

On https://login.ubuntu.com/ there is a dropdown labelled "Preferred email address". Click on the dropdown, select the email address you wish to mark as preferred (in this case, your new email address), enter your current password in "Current password", and click the "Save changes" button. I have attached a screenshot with the important pieces outlined with a red box.

Changed in canonical-identity-provider:
status: New → Invalid
