Bug Description

1. Download the daily build ISO of 23.10.
2. Used ventoy to put the iso on a USB
3. Boot the computer (MacBook late 2007)
4. Try Ubuntu.
5. Install Ubuntu.
6. Passed all the stages of partitions, username/password, dark/light and hit install.
7. The Installation failed with an error.

Hello and thank you for your bug report,

I'm adding glibc since this is a localegen crash. For now there is nothing we can do from the installer's standpoint. If you can reproduce the issue or if there is anything else going wrong with the installation, we would need a copy of the following files/directories from the installer environment:

* /var/log/install
* /var/crash
* journalctl -b
