Videos/Music/Photos lenses do not work in 23.04

Bug Description
Myself and a number of users in the Ubuntu Unity matrix of Unity 7.7 in 23.04 have reported that the Videos, Music, and Photos lenses in the dash no longer work, likely due to their scopes being deprecated. As a result, nothing appears in any of these lenses even after properly setting them up (importing pictures into shotwell, etc.)
Files and thumbnails do still appear in the files lens as intended.
