Bug Description
When opening a djvu file which resides on a network share, loading the file is suspiciously slow, and sometimes scrolling hangs as well (depending on the network speed). It's the same for cifs, nfs and sshfs, so the problem is not the type of the file share.
I can see the same behavior with atril, while djview4 is much quicker. After doing some strace-ing, what I see is that there are continuous open/mmap calls while opening & scrolling through the file, and a huge amount of network traffic is generated - it seems the file is brought over the network multiple times.
I think qpdfview (and others) are doing something wrong API-wise here as opposed to djview4.
