As pointed out by @cjeanner, it seems that that particular commit broke the openstack-tox-py36 test since annotations are unsupported on python 3.6.

We should pin openstacksdk to version 1.2.0 (or using the commit before 3cb5bc98573e8eb7d3487121b7b59ebd535035c5).
