Bug Description
Binary package hint: sun-java6-bin
There is no /usr/bin/javaws in sun-java6-bin amd64. This makes Java Web Start applications unusable on Ubuntu Gutsy amd64
Also, the suggestion to install j2re1.4 is completely wrong.
$ LANG=C javaws
The program 'javaws' is currently not installed. You can install it by typing:
sudo apt-get install j2re1.4
-bash: javaws : commande introuvable
Workaround: install ia32-sun-java6-bin which provides /usr/bin/javaws.

I can confirm the issue. On my hardy up-to-date 64bit this is what I get:
~$ usr/lib/ jvm/java- 6-openjdk/ bin/javaws -viewer jvm/java- 6-openjdk/ bin/javaws: No such file or directory
bash: usr/lib/
