There is a other strange thing: I had Kernel v6.2 working, but before the last reboot I noticed that the Ubuntu updates manager did updates/install something about kernel v5.19 (!).

Ubuntu keeps multiple kernel versions installed as a safety fallback. And also each DKMS driver like nvidia should get rebuilt for each kernel that's installed. Although sometimes that step fails, which might explain this bug...

Please reproduce the issue again so we can get a system log of it. Then reboot and run:

  journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt

and attach the resulting text file here.

That's not an issue with drivers, it's just bug 1717878.

Although you ALSO seem to be missing the NVIDIA-525 kernel driver, so that's a separate issue.

Try:

  sudo apt install --reinstall ubuntu-session nvidia-driver-525 nvidia-dkms-525
