gannotate display of uncommitted lines is unobvious

Bug Description

gannotate shows lines in the working tree that have been changed but not yet committed, which is nice. They seem to be shown with the current user as the committer and the revno they would get if committed, which is nice, but maybe doesn't make it clear enough they're special. If the last commit was recent they're also shown in a similar color.

I suggest maybe putting them in a very different color, or some other emphasis.

note that they have a ? after the revno - I agree that that can be improved.
