Bug Description
After install of Ubuntu MATE 22.04, the mate-themes package is not installed.
The themes that are installed are named Yaru-something. It's hard to see which
window is the active one.
After installing the mate-themes package, I can choose a non-Yaru theme, so the
active window can be seen easily.

you can manually modify the titlebar color by opening
/usr/share/
and changing line 12 to
I<constant name="C_titlebar" value="#cccccc" />
