Bug Description
Like the issue we have in bug 2000359.
With the recent respin, I can see this issue with J-aws-5.
Test failed with:
running posix_ipc
Fatal Error (posix_mq_rcv): Unable to run test sub-executable

OK I got this tested with 5.19.0-1020-aws #21~22.04.1-Ubuntu plus apparmor version 3.0.4-2ubuntu2.2, looks like this is caused by the apparmor package update.
