Issue found with K-aws 5.19.0-1021.22, this issue does not exist with 5.19.0-1020

I tried to run this manually and yes it can pass with -1020 but not -1021.
With some investigation in LTP, I found this test can pass with this commit upstream

So this is not a regression but a test case issue.
Looks like this issue will gone with LTP 20230516, commit 3ebc2dfa85c
