Bug Description

A notification keeps popping up with the requirement that snap-store needs to be closed in order for it to be updated. Yet, this app was never opened by myself in any way. In order to solve this message, some simple commands help to solve the issue:

> sudo pkill snap-store
> sudo snap refresh

However in normal operations, I don't believe it is the user's duty to manually kill snap-store in order for it to be updated.

Hi. Thanks for opening a bug report. It's currently required that users close snaps before refreshes to prevent the application from being closed unexpectedly and potentially losing data. There is also ongoing work to ensure the snap is refreshed automatically once the user closes it. However, I may be wrong but, if the snap store is starting itself, I would assume that it should be using a gate-auto-refresh hook to manage its own refreshes instead of relying on the user. I looked into the snap-store-client bug tracker and there's already a bug for this so I'll mark this one as a duplicate. Thanks.
