Bug Description
As part of the work to reproduce creation of Share Group from a snapshot received below error.

Env: devstack on master branch
Unbantu 20.04
Expected behaviour: User would be able to create shared groups from snapshots using osc.
Actual Behaviour: The above exception is raised.
