Update Unity version to 7.6

Here's the patch for Unity 7.6 (between 7.5.1+22.10.20220818-0ubuntu1 and 7.6.0+22.04.20220601.1-0ubuntu1~ubuntu22.04.1). Subscribing Ubuntu sponsors too.

The attachment "unity_7.6.0+22.04.20220601.1-0ubuntu1~ubuntu22.04.1.debdiff" seems to be a debdiff. The ubuntu-sponsors team has been subscribed to the bug report so that they can review and hopefully sponsor the debdiff. If the attachment isn't a patch, please remove the "patch" flag from the attachment, remove the "patch" tag, and if you are member of the ~ubuntu-sponsors, unsubscribe the team.

Fixes from trash and others are acceptable. But not the ui level changes. Those changes should include in seperate merge

hey @khurshid-alam, this patch is a debdiff between the unity 7.5.1 and 7.6 packages to bump up the version in universe too (from 7.5.1 to 7.6), so I haven't removed any of the UI changes from the debdiff (this doesn't just contain a number of hand-picked bug fixes from 7.6 for 7.5.1). I don't think there should be any problems because of this.

We also need to put version break, various unity packages. We need to put all relevant unity packages in ppa and then check if it works.

These Unity 7.6 packages are already in the PPA, and have been used by Ubuntu Unity since 22.04, and we haven't found any bugs so far.

Can you give a debdiff without ui level changes. UI level changes needs to be approved for a actual bug. We don't want to make these kind of changes before getting into universe as it can cause issue with compiz and nux.
