You have both amd64 and i386 versions of libwine installed. They both package the same files. This is fine if the files are exactly identical. However, these have different versions of the files. (The version numbers are also very different.)

I don't know how to fix this; I would try:

sudo apt purge libwine:i386 libwine:amd64

This will look much worse at first.

Then:

sudo dpkg --configure -a
sudo apt install -f

if this goes well:

sudo apt install libwine:i386 libwine:amd64
