Bug Description
How to replicate
1 - Create a clean juju model
juju add-model --config default-
2 - Deploy the bundle attached
juju deploy ./bug22.yaml
3 - Watch for the juju status. After the model settled stop the filebeat service
juju ssh ubuntu/0 "sudo service filebeat stop"
4 - Watch for the juju status. Still reports filebeat as active
Juju crashdump attached.
