Bug Description

Evergreen 3.9

The new angular holdings editor uses "copy" instead of "item" in the Item Attributes section of the holdings editor.

"Copy Status" instead of "Item Status"
"Copy Number on Volume" instead of "Item Number of Volume" - Item # is used above in the Holdings Details section beside the barcode.

Thanks for this patch, Steven! It works well for me. Could you please amend your commit to include a signoff? We like to make sure the original author includes a signoff, indicating that the work is in accordance with the Developer's Certificate of Origin (see https://wiki.evergreen-ils.org/doku.php?id=contributing&s[]=dco#code_contribution for more details).

If you're on the same branch locally, `git commit --amend --signoff`, then force pushing your branch should do the trick.
