Bug Description

Hi,

the linux-image-*-lowlatency kernel package suggests the linux-lowlatency-tools package:

$ apt show linux-image-5.15.0-27-lowlatency
Package: linux-image-5.15.0-27-lowlatency
Version: 5.15.0-27.28
[...]
Suggests: fdutils, linux-doc | linux-lowlatency-source-5.15.0, linux-lowlatency-tools, linux-headers-5.15.0-27-lowlatency, linux-modules-extra-5.15.0-27-lowlatency

The linux-lowlatency-tools package does not exist. However, a linux-tools-lowlatency does exist.
