Bug Description

Try to enable vpn, but the vpn is not able to enable. The config file under /etc/NetworkManager input a deprecated option. Try to change cipher to data-cipher, the network can be enabled successfully.

just add "data-ciphers AES-128-CBC" into the config file, and then it will work.
