tripleo-ci-centos-8-ovb-3ctlr_1comp-featureset001 fail with 404 when pulling image hash

tripleo-ci-centos-8-ovb-3ctlr_1comp-featureset001[0] in the openstack-check pipeline is failing with 404 when it attempts to pull image hash.
This behavior appears consistent during last several days[1] and may also be present in the tripleo-ci-centos-8-ovb-3ctlr_1comp-featureset001[2] which has reported failures during the time period.

This failure can be replicated by attempting to manually access requested file at: https://images.rdoproject.org/centos8/wallaby/rdo_trunk/current-tripleo/overcloud-hardened-uefi-full.qcow2.md5

It is possible that the file location has merely changed, as a similar file is present within the at a slightly different path:
https://images.rdoproject.org/centos8/wallaby/rdo_trunk/current-tripleo-rdo/overcloud-hardened-uefi-full.qcow2.md5
