Discover app and update center opens for 5 or more minutes
At first Bug #1958041 update-apt-xapi start on each boot for multiple minutes using cpu and co2 emissions
Then Discover opens fast, but after some testing of lighter Update manager it became even more slow
Had removed apt-xapian-index

waiting for life passing by 5 years or minutes and co2 emissions. Bug #1 envaironment Windows with viruses environment still opens updates faster.

This bug has been marked incomplete; please re-test in Kubuntu 21.10, 20.04 LTS or even better jammy (what will be 22.04 on release) and leave details of whether or not it exists on supported releases of Kubuntu/KDE.
