Bug Description
Something vaguely similar had been reported against i386 for disco (bug #1837037). Just thought I do this as a new bug with further comments. Seen for kuzzle(arm64) for hirsute:

This seems to be related to a certain shmget() size. Maybe the method of guessing how much to use goes wrong in some cases and then leads to those issues.
Found on node a1.medium with H-5.11 AWS 5.11.0-1023.24
