Arabic command chr (under line chr) is not connected as normall text

Bug Description

Hello,

Viewing words are not correct with many fonts. for command chr (ALT+_chr) word comming split-ed in almost fonts.

word comming like: مف ص ل
correct word like: مفصل

command chr is (ALT+ص)

in almost fonts. but working with little font OK.

common problem in kubuntu 21.10, 20.10 , 20.04, ...
in all applications
in all command buttons , menu lists, ...

long time many years. new users can not accepting system like that.
