Bug Description
Frequently when running apt upgrade as well as other times the system seems to hang. Afterwards with either a message is printed to the screen or an entry is made in the log statusing that zsysd.service timed out and Failed to start ZSYS daemon service.
This started I think back in September on 21.04. It has continued now that I've upgraded to 21.10.
