Bug Description
To collect kernel logs from previous boot:
journalctl -b -1 -k
Since v0.15, there is an option to tell at what stage was the bug filed (see lp:1904849). If the selected option is "Device froze, issue reported and logs collected right after a reboot", then we should include the logs from above command.

I found that UC20 won't enable persistent logging of journalctl[1] by default. That's mean you can't get previous boot log before manually enable it. Therefor, we might need a way to enable it during our test.
