Extensions contain non-translatable strings

Bug Description

Some strings present in the inx files still does not appear in the .po file
In particular it is the: <param><item> (though <param><_option> does)
But I suppose it is not just a case of adding underscore to the item tag.
Can fix it with some guidance.

IIRC, perfectboundcover.inx works as best example of how it should be done

I agree with one small exception that it does not feature a drop-down list with values. It seems like the only thing outstanding now.

Following some fixes now all strings for extensions can by translated.
