Information "not available" indicates that it''s an error of some sort

Bug Description
I've seen the following phrases in the MAAS UI:
"Workload information not available"
"USB information not available"
It might be me being a non-native English speaker, but to me "not available" means a temporary state. For example, the endpoint is down, so that the information couldn't be retrieved.
I think it would be better to use a phrase that makes it clear that there simple is no data, and that's fine.
