Try "PYTHONPATH=/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages ccsm".

If that works, it means that ccsm is using /usr/local/lib/ptython..... So to fix it, just remove or rename the directory /usr/local/lib/python2.5/site-packages/ccm.
