Bug Description
OS: Fedora 34; Component: snapd-2.
Executed: 'snap install --stable --color=always hello-world'.
Result: no colour applied.

Colors are only used for select elements of snap install output, e.g. for successful installation it's just the green ✓ (checkmark) character for verified publisher (e.g. "hello-world 6.4 from Canonical✓ installed"). In some *specific* error cases part of the message may be in bold. This depends on terminal capabilities of course.
Can you clarify if that explains it?
