Bug Description
keybindings are wrong. Looking at emacs' messages window an pressing ESC gives
ESC <mouse-6> is undefined
(I don't know what <mouse-6> refers to.)
Other problems include mousing over a menu key activates the key, scrolling though the menu options and selecting one of them when I move the mouse away from the button. This is particularly annoying in evolution.
The problem surfaced a few weeks ago after updating with apt update/upgrade.

I finally figured out what the problem was. I had just started using a wireless USB mouse-pen. That came with a a SUB<-> UPS adapter that plugged into one of my USB ports, for whatever reason this mess up the keyboard bindings. Removing the adapter fixed the problem.
Please cancel the bug.
