Bug Description
When a RTS note has a bad date, the report creates an error message lacking the certificate name, so you get a message that a cert has a bad RTS note, but no clue which cert it actually is.
Example:
WARNING: RTS note has bad date: time data 'YYYY-MM-
[YYYY-MM-DD
2021-03-17]
