UI shows action unavailable after performing action

Bug Description
I went to commission two machines where were in a ready state using the UI. After I successfully started commissioning the UI imminently displayed a warning that "2 machines cannot be commissioned. To proceed update your selection."
I realized after commissioning finished the selections remained the same and the commissioning form poped back up.
Users shouldn't be warning they can't perform an action they just successfully performed. Once an action is complete the form shouldn't show again.
