Bug Description
...to avoid accidental deletion due to Remove being to close to Lock or Rename.
I think even with some additional padding or re-ordered menu items accidental deletion may still happen in the heat of the night.
This can be prevented with a popup asking for confirmation.

a [Playlist deleted. Undo?] popup may alo work.
